Project Planning

Defining project scope and all stakeholders. Assign the appropriate team to work on the project and divide and organize tasks (gathering requirements, analysis, designing the solutions, development, training, data migration, deployment, and support ) according to the project schedule

Project team begins coordinating interviews with stakeholders to gather all requirements and analyzing them, to make sure we have a comprehensive view of all procedures. then we start analyzing the gap between the organization’s operations and system processes and identify development points, finally writing and approve analysis documents.
